The Lat Machine has a low height of 2m, so it will squeeze in under some pretty low ceilings. If you have ever read old school weight training books you will see that they used to perform lat pulldowns in the kneeling position - before they had dedicated lat pull machines. So when you are in this position you will have plenty of range of motion.
For seated rows, this machine has a low pulley with foot pegs. Combined with a rating of 130kg you will be able to move plenty of weight.
Even though it only has one square guide rail, this machine still runs super smooth. This is not like cheap single runners, this is powder coated painted with thick steel and features dual bearings on all pulleys.
what is the diameter of the hole for the weights that can be used with this?
Both standard and olympic size plates can be used. It comes with converter sleeves.
If your machine doesnt include the weights, may I know what is the inner diameter of the hole so I can gauge how much extra weights to purchase? Can I use the rubber weights (standard size) (SKU: PL0003RB-B2.5)? Or i would need the tri-grip Coated Weight Plates (1.25KG to 20KG) - Olympic Size (SKU: PL0001TGR-B1.25)? Hope you can answer my enquiry. Thank you.
Hi, you can use plates of all holr sizes. It comes with a converter sleeve that work with both standard and olympic sizes.
