Modifying an Order
At DirectHomeGym.sg, we always offer FREE ground shipping in Singapore with a minimum purchase of $200. It will normally take around 3 weeks for your items to reach you. When an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Once the items reach Singapore, we will contact you and coordinate the best location for them to be delivered. On rare occasions, certain events may delay your order. For your safety, our verification department can take 1-3 days to process an order.
Why do we have to wait 3 weeks?
Often, everyone wants everything yesterday and they get charged a premium. In order for us to provide you with the best prices without overhead cost and intermediary fee, we ship direct from our overseas warehouses and this is the reason we can promise the lowest price and to pass the savings back to you. You have waited so long to set up your home gym, what is another 3 weeks of waiting?

Our quoted prices are inclusive of shipping and taxes in Singapore. In other words, we guarantee you only pay the price you see. Shipments to other countries except for Singapore may incur additional charges such as Value Added Tax (VAT) or Goods and Services Tax (GST).
We gladly accept major credit cards, PAYPAL and Cash-on-Delivery.
If you find that there's damage to the external packaging upon delivery, you have the right to reject the parcel. We will then examine the parcel and contact you for re-delivery or compensation. If there's no damage to the external packaging, but the items inside are found to be in wrong quantity, size or defective, you refer the link below for warranty policy.
We do 100% of our transactions online, thus reducing overhead costs. We have direct tie up with the manufacturer and import directly from them, thus reducing the cost of a reseller. Canceling / Modifying an Order
If you need to cancel or modify your order for any reason, please contact us immediately via live chat on-site. Please include your customer order #, name, the e-mail address used for the order and the reason for cancelling or modifying. However, do note that if an order has already been shipped from our manufacturer, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order.
Items sold are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
